Contact.
One person reads this. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no support queue, so a message that says what happened is worth more than a message that says something is broken.

Send a message
Your name and what you want to say. Nothing else is asked for, and your message is not sent until you press Send. The reply goes to the address on your account, so the form does not have to ask for one.
If you are reporting a problem
- What you did, and what happened instead. The app's own log is usually the fastest way to say this: Settings, then Export logs, copies it in one block.
- Your processor and graphics card, and your Windows version. The Overview page names all three, so a screenshot of it is enough.
- Whether the setting was one the app labelled safe, moderate or dangerous, and whether it was being applied or reverted.
Sending a message needs an account, and that is the only reason there is one: it is what stops a form anybody can post to. It asks for an address, a password, and nothing else. Sign in or make an account first - the form does not need JavaScript to be told so, and it will come back to this page when you are signed in.
This site's own server passes the message on to SplitForms, which stores it so we can read it and forwards it to us by email, so it sits on their servers as well as arriving in ours. The box takes up to 10,000 characters: a longer message would be cut off at the far end rather than refused here, so that is where it is stopped. There is more on the privacy page.
